Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StackAIHub at stackaihub.io (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This is a working draft pending final legal review before public launch.

Who we are & what we offer

StackAIHub is an independent publisher, operated by Gayk Chalyan (a sole proprietor), that provides reviews, comparisons, and recommended “stacks” of AI tools for general informational purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the tools we write about, except through the affiliate relationships described below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Informational purposes only

Our content is for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for evaluating any tool and deciding whether it fits your needs. Any action you take based on our content is at your own risk.

Accuracy of pricing, ratings & features

We work hard to keep our information accurate, but AI tools change constantly. Prices, plan names, features, limits, ratings, and availability described on the Site are approximate and may be out of date. Pricing is often usage-based and varies by billing period, region, and promotions; our figures are estimates to help you compare, not quotes.

Our ratings are our own editorial assessments, informed by aggregated public reviews — they are opinions, not guarantees. Always confirm current pricing, features, and terms on the tool’s official website before subscribing or purchasing. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on information that has since changed.

Affiliate links & third-party products

The Site contains affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — see our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial opinions.

The Site also links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, or practices, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.

Intellectual property

The Site’s original content, design, and branding are owned by StackAIHub and protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or resell our content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site except as permitted by our robots file;
  • republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content without permission;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
  • use the Site for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackAIHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content — including any decision to purchase or use a tool. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackAIHub and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and affiliate disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and StackAIHub regarding the Site.
