Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains how StackAIHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit stackaihub.io (the “Site”). It is written in plain language. This is a working draft pending final legal review before public launch.
Who we are
StackAIHub is an independent publisher that reviews AI tools and recommends curated “stacks” of tools for specific goals. The site is operated by Gayk Chalyan (a sole proprietor), who is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy-related request, reach us through our contact page.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond. These are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you updates. We store it with Resend and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & analytics data. Like most websites, we may collect anonymous or pseudonymous data about how the Site is used — pages visited, referring site, approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, and interactions.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address and request times for security and reliability.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require you to create an account.
How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To respond to your messages and support requests.
- To send the newsletter you have opted into.
- To understand which content is useful and measure aggregate performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, our legal bases are: your consent (for the newsletter and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (to run and improve the Site and respond to you), and legal obligation where applicable. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking

- Affiliate networks that set their own cookies on outbound clicks, as described above.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the affiliate cookies described above.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages and newsletter subscriptions only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights: to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to port it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
EEA/UK (GDPR): you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
United States: residents of California and other states with privacy laws have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We aim to honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) where required, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, contact us via our contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days in the U.S.). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International data transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
